AGE OF DRIVER
Minimum age limit is 21 years old

DRIVING LICENCE
The driver is required to have a valid driving license for 12 months, for diplomas which are not written in Latin characters, an international diploma is required.

FINES & ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES
Fines and administrative penalties resulting from a breach of KOK during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the tenant.

FUEL
Fuels are paid by the tenant who is obliged to return the car to the same level of gasoline where it was received.

RENTAL PERIOD
Minimum rental period is one day.

CAR DELIVERY & RECEIPT
You can rent a car directly from our office and return it there when rental period finishes, totally free of charge. We also offer free car delivery and receipt within the counties of Chania and Rethymno. To deliver or collect the car from places in longer distances, the charge is 30€.

TAXES
All prices include VAT.

INSURANCE POLICY
All vehicle renters are insured for fire, theft and third party liability for death, injury and property damage.

FULL INSURANCE (CDW) OR FULL INSURANCE WITH NO EXCESS

In all our cars we offer the possibility of Full insurance with the amount of exemption of your choice ( 700 , 300 , 0 )euro. The above insurances are optional and you can request it before the start of the rental, the cost per day is from 10.00 – 25.00 euros depending on the type of car. Tires, wheels and damage to the underside of the car and interior dirt or damage are not covered by any insurance cover and the customer has the responsibility as long as to follow the rules of the traffic code , in any case he/she has to pay for any damage of any cost .

THE INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES

Inside and under the car.
When the driver causes an accident under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If the driver of the vehicle is not authorized as a driver in the rental contract.

if the driver cause a damage while he broke the rules of traffic code has to pay for any damage at any cost the company ask !

If the tenant does not take all necessary precautions to securely park and lock the car.

If the car is illegally parked.
Damage caused as a result of driving the vehicle to a road that was not suitable.

PAYMENT POLICY

• 30% of the total cost is required in advance to complete your reservation. You can make your payment online through Stripe or Paypal on our website or you can make a direct bank transfer. In the second case, as soon as we receive your wire, we confirm your booking.
The rest 70% of the cost is paid right before the car pick-up.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible – 30 days

• If visitor cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit (30% of the total price paid in advance) will be refunded.
• Any deposit will not be refunded, if the reservation is canceled within 30 days prior to arrival.
• If the visitor does not appear at all, any deposit will not be refunded.
