How can I book a car?
In order to make a reservation, you can:
– Book the car you wish directly from our website.

What kind of insurance coverage is included in the price?
The listed prices include:
– Car theft insurance
-Third Party Liability Insurance
– VAT
Optionally, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance
If I accept Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance, does it cover any damage that may arise?
No, there are some damages that are not covered by any insurance. Such are, the damages to the underside of the car, wheels and tires. You are also, not covered by insurance, for damages resulting from the use of rough terrain, towing another vehicle, transporting explosives, driving on race and any violation of the traffic code may lead to an accident.
Does your office allow additional drivers?
Yes, additional drivers are allowed you can select it from our website or you can ask before you start your rental for it.
The only requirements are, to meet the rental conditions and to be declared at the beginning of the rental period, in order to be covered by the insurance.
Are there child seats available?
Children’s seats for all ages are available and you can select them from our website or before you start your rental asking our representatives to the office.
Is the international driving license necessary?
All that is required is a valid driving license with a period of validity greater than one year.
Is there a minimum age for drivers and rentals?
The minimum age to be allowed to rent a car from our company is 21 years old with at least 1 year of driving licence .
Are any cars available with automatic gearbox?
Yes, our fleet includes cars with automatic gearbox. All you have to do is to choose which car is suitable for you.
Can I extend the rental period of the car?
There is the possibility to extend the rental period of the car, as long as we are timely informed (Especially during high season)
Can I pick up and deliver the car anywhere in Crete island?
We can deliver and pick up the car from all location our customer want as long as we are informed a long time before for it and the customer has accepted the extra costs that may exists .
Is there any specific timeframe were the car can be delivered and/or picked up?
Car delivery and pickup must be done during working hours of our office, otherwise there is an extra charge.
Is the car equipped with fuel?
Yes, all are cars are usually delivered with a half full tank. Υour only obligation is that the fuel tank contains the same amount of fuel as the one with which you received it
Is it difficult to find a gas station?
No, it’s not as there are many gas stations in the area. Of course, our office is at your disposal to point out some main gas stations in the area, so that you know where you can refuel during your trip.
Does your company policy allow me to transfer the car to another island?
No. All our vehicles can go to all the prefectures of Crete but can not be transported outside the island.
What should I do in case of accident?
First of all you stay calm. You should immediately call the police and then contact our office.
What should I do in case of mechanical failure?
In the unfortunate case of mechanical failure, you should inform our office immediately and in a short time, a team of our experienced mechanics will arrive at your place.
What happens if I delay to the drop off the car?
If you need an extension of your rental period, then you should contact us in time to check any availability. In case of late notice, there will be an additional charge.
