They explained everything clearly, which was especially helpful since it was my first time renting a car abroad. It was amazing to explore the beaches near Chania, so I asked via WhatsApp if I could extend my rental by one more day. They replied very quickly, and it was no problem! I was able to pay for the extra day when I returned the car. The deposit (300€ in my case because I am under 24) was refunded immediately after I returned the car.
